Program Director Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead the charge in launching a co-branded digital health platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating product delivery, driving member activation, and boosting member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating product delivery by gathering client requirements, aligning with our team, and ensuring smooth releases.
  • Driving member activation by working with our clients to design and promote compelling campaigns that bring members onto the app.
  • Boosting member engagement by launching challenges, campaigns, and experiences to keep our members active and engaged.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in project/program management, ideally in health-tech, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with both corporate clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver activation and engagement campaigns in digital environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: structured, agile, and outcome-driven.
