About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Regional Healthcare Leader.   • This is a full-time position based in one of our regional locations, with opportunities for remote work and travel across the region.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists, providing clinical guidance and support, and contributing to the development of regional healthcare strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to a team of occupational therapists, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement regional healthcare strategies, aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated healthcare services, promoting seamless care transitions and optimal patient experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to advance regional healthcare initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective healthcare strategies, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
