Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and lead a newly formed multidisciplinary team, driving collaboration, inclusion, and high performance while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in care for detainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of primary healthcare services in a detention facility.
  • Manage resources flexibly to meet business and workflow requirements.
  • Adopt and promote a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement by leading, implementing, and championing change.
  • Inspire and engage team members by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and mentorship.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree with a minimum of five years' post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant field.
  • At least five years' experience in leadership or management roles within a complex healthcare environment.
  • Current AHPRA registration in Nursing or another relevant clinical profession with no conditions.
