Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to clients, ensuring timely delivery and providing excellent customer service via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Dispatch and Delivery Management: Receive and dispatch goods to clients in accordance with agreed timelines.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Order Updates: Update orders, including pallets and customer details, accurately and promptly.
  4. Document Management: Scan and file documents efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
  5. Operational Support: Assist with daily operations, supporting drivers and other teams as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SAP or Similar Systems: Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred, but not essential.
  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Strong data entry skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Reliability and Motivation: Reliable and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Ability to perform ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
