Overview

Haematology Clinical Trials Coordinator (Health Manager Level 1) – Temporary Full Time, up to July 2027. Location: Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney Local Health District (SLHD).

Responsibilities
  • Provide organisational support for the start-up and coordination of clinical trials within the Haematology Clinical Trials Unit (HCTU).
  • Maintain study documentation, support ethics and governance submissions, liaise with sponsors, and assist with trial activities.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, nurses, study coordinators and researchers to ensure patient-centred care and smooth trial operations.
  • Contribute to delivering world-class clinical trials that advance treatments for people living with blood cancers and other haematological disorders.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in research, clinical trials, or relevant clinical/health settings.
  • Knowledge and experience in clinical research including secure data management, data collection for participants, coordination of trial participants, and familiarity with HREC and RGO submissions.
  • Good understanding of medico-legal, privacy and ethical requirements for research per ICH-GCP.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
