  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY HOSPITAL CONTACTS to maximise business opportunities and provide added value to customers through product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
  • EVOLVE INTO A PRODUCT EXPERT, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
  • DEVISE AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE TERRITORY PLANS and monitor progress, sharing findings with regional leaders.
  • ADDRESS PRODUCT ISSUES using your knowledge and resourcefulness.
  • PARTICIPATE IN OPERATING ROOM PRESENCE to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products.
