Strategic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive business growth and shape a successful business unit.
About the Role- Lead contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and subcontractor agreements to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities in the market to increase revenue.
- Manage financial performance, forecasting, and cost control across the project portfolio to ensure profitability.
- Oversee variation management, claims resolution, and risk mitigation to protect client interests.
- Provide commercial insight and strategic advice to project and executive teams to inform decision-making.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Have minimum 5 years of commercial leadership experience within the commercial construction sector.
- Proven ability to manage profit and loss, negotiate contracts, assess risk, and implement commercial strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence project and client outcomes.
