Job Opportunity: Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical assistance and emotional support to individuals in the community.
  • Build relationships and trust with clients based on shared experiences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or equivalent.
  • A current National Police Certificate.
  • Valid NDIS Screening Check.
  • At least one year experience supporting people with disabilities.
  • Valid Queensland Drivers License.
  • First aid Certificate.
  • Smart Phone and internet access.
