Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a committed and reliable support worker to assist clients in the Logan area with daily living tasks, social support, and community access.

This role involves providing assistance with daily activities, community access, domestic assistance, personal care, and meal preparation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who have challenging behaviors and complex mental health conditions, as well as a current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.

The successful applicant will also possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification, be able to provide two current work-related references, and hold a current NDIS worker screening card or willingness to obtain one.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks
  • Provide social support and community access
  • Offer domestic assistance and personal care
  • Prepare meals for clients

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with clients with challenging behaviors/complex mental health
  • Current Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car
  • Current NDIS Worker screening card or willingness to obtain
  • Blue Card or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL
  • Be able to provide 2 current/recent work-related references

**Supplementary Pay:**
