We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Support Worker.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, client-focused care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a comfortable and supportive environment for our clients, assisting them with daily living activities, providing emotional support and companionship, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience or clinical placements and hold qualifications such as Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Nursing (AIN).

Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Nursing (AIN)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check
- Proof of relevant experience or clinical placements
