Support Care Provider

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate support workers to provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs, including disabilities, mental health conditions, and elderly care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Offer emotional support and companionship to ensure wellbeing and safety
- Assist with medication and attend medical appointments as required
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Maintain accurate records and document all activities according to policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with professionals involved in the individual's care
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field
- Full Working rights and access to a car with a full Australian driver's license
- National Police Check
- 3 months plus paid experience in providing care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy
