Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Service Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a key member of our events team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Events Service with the planning and implementation of events, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, such as menus and floor plans, to ensure seamless execution.
- Liaise with the Sales team to ensure all event details are up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with the Culinary team to ensure menu items meet client expectations.
- Attend internal meetings and events as required.
- Maintain the office area in a neat and tidy manner, ensuring stationery and supply levels are adequate.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid NSW RSA.
