Line Maintenance Leadership Opportunity

An exceptional chance exists for a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Line Maintenance Supervisor.

This position reports directly to the Part 145 Responsible Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with engineering procedures and certification requirements as outlined in the Maintenance Organisation Exposition and relevant Civil Aviation Regulations.

  • The successful individual will be responsible for maintaining engineering infrastructure at their designated base, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • They will provide proactive leadership to the Sydney engineering team and participate in broader engineering leadership initiatives.
  • A key aspect of this role involves monitoring and controlling costs associated with aircraft maintenance, as well as serviceability of ground support equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence to regulatory and maintenance data standards.
  2. Maintain tooling and equipment serviceability.
  3. Implement a preventative maintenance program for ground support equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven self-starter with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to manage a close-knit team and work independently.
  • Demonstrated willingness to accept responsibility and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in airline operations is highly desirable.
