Customer Success Manager for Partners

This role is a critical part of our Sales and Customer Success team, focusing on enabling partners and their customers to adopt our advanced products and technology.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with well-developed knowledge and skills to join our team as a Multi-Cloud Customer Success Manager for Partners (CSM-P). This role will play a key part in accelerating VMware's growth in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) software business.

About the Role

As a CSM-P, you will be responsible for adoption and success management, ensuring customers gain value from our product/service. You will support customers through regular check-ins, training, and addressing blockers to adoption. Additionally, you will advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affirmative Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Advocacy: Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and usage.
