Strategic Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Communications Executive to play a key role in developing end-to-end communications that support a pilot Clearing House program and the broader integration of employer services.
- The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, compliant, and aligned communications across multiple channels.
About You:
- You're a confident communicator with a strong background in marketing or communications, bringing excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to simplify complex information, and experience managing end-to-end communications across multiple channels.
- Develop and deliver communications for pilot and full launch phases of the Clearing House program.
- Translate technical concepts into plain language for diverse audiences.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create on-brand assets.
- Support digital communication strategies through channel-appropriate content.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to quarterly GTM planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience managing end-to-end communications across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
