Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and process-focused individual to manage the effective distribution of stock in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Stores and Theatre Supply team, providing exceptional service and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Responsible for scanning, picking, packing, and delivering stock to designated areas.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of stock using computer systems.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with internal and external customers to meet their needs and resolve any issues.
Skill Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of accuracy and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supply position, preferably in a medical stock environment.
  • Experience using SAP or other computerized inventory control systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
