We are seeking skilled and dedicated nurses to join our Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) program in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As an ICU nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical expertise and provide high-quality care to patients requiring intensive care and high dependency nursing.
The TSP program is designed to support nurses in achieving their career goals and advancing their professional development. Through a combination of academic and non-academic pathways, participants will gain hands-on experience, receive clinical supervision, and benefit from mentorship provided by experienced nursing educators and peers.
Our ICU TSP program offers:
- A comprehensive e-learning platform with study days and objective-based assessments covering essential elements of critical care nursing

To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Hold current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (via AHPRA)

- Have a minimum of 12 months of acute care nursing experience, including at least 2 years of acute care registered nursing experience
