About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and person-centred spiritual support professional to join our team.

  • Deliver inclusive spiritual care that honours diverse beliefs, cultures, and traditions.
  • Foster meaningful connections and promote autonomy, dignity, and emotional wellbeing for each resident.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that recognises the importance of spiritual wellbeing to overall health and quality of life.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Theology, Counselling, Social Sciences or equivalent at a tertiary level.
  • Clinical Pastoral Education or reflective practice training is highly desirable.
  • Awareness of diverse cultures, beliefs, practices and traditions.
  • Capability in leading public and informal rituals and services.
  • Driver's License and willingness to travel to various sites.
  • Knowledge of ageing and dementia awareness.
  • Understanding of issues surrounding grief and loss.
  • A thorough understanding of palliative care components.
