Senior Optical Professional

We are seeking a seasoned optical professional to join our team in a leadership capacity. This role requires someone with extensive knowledge and experience in optics, who can lead by example and inspire others.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be passionate about delivering high-quality service to customers and committed to maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the store independently on key days
  • Support and guide junior staff members
  • Resolve customer complaints and process refunds
  • Train new staff members
  • Ensure smooth operations and maintain schedules
  • Making confident decisions

What We Offer:
