  • Utilise previous optical knowledge and service skills to create direction and flow for customers and team.
  • Assist team with opening and closing the store for trade days.
  • Contribute to store presentation, stock management and ordering.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicator targets.

  • A self-starter with proven ability to lead by example in achieving store objectives.
  • Willingness to coach and develop team members in delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
