Optical Team Member Job Description

About This Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Optical Team Member to join our team in New South Wales.

You will be involved in providing exceptional customer service, from initial consultation and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames (from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci) to suit individual tastes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences through exceptional communication skills
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear to enhance their lifestyle
  • Maintain a clean and organised store environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for helping others see the beauty in life
