Site Leadership Position

The Site Manager role is a key position responsible for leading the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of site works on complex construction projects.
About the RoleYou will supervise a diverse workforce including subcontractors, trades and labourers to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Lead daily site operations with a focus on safety, quality and productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure scopes and standards are met.
- Monitor progress against program and manage sequencing and milestones.
- Drive a strong site safety culture through regular inspections and compliance.
- Represent the organization professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Trade qualified or equivalent site leadership experience.
- 8+ years' experience delivering complex construction projects.
- Skilled in interpreting drawings and delivering works with accuracy and quality.
- Strong HSEQ knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in construction related software such as MS Project, Procore and SharePoint.
- Telehandler and forklift tickets advantageous.
