Administration Manager Wanted for High-Performance Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Manager to support the delivery of key construction projects. Working closely with our project team, you'll provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth site operations.

  • Create weekly and monthly project reports and maintain accurate records
  • Support the site team with safety lookaheads, compliance documentation, and document control
  • Perform general office administration, including meeting minutes, filing, supplies, and inductions
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor quotes and coordinate onboarding paperwork
  • Provide ad-hoc project support and respond to team requests as needed

What You Need To Succeed:

  • A White Card or willingness to obtain it
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards of presentation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high organisational and time management skills
