Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects. You will be responsible for supervising a diverse workforce, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and meet program, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Supervise subcontractors and labour across multiple trades and disciplines.
  • Monitor progress against program and manage sequencing and milestones.
  • Drive a strong site safety culture through toolbox talks, inspections, and compliance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure scopes, standards, and efficiency are met.
  • Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualified or equivalent site leadership background.
  • 8+ years' experience delivering complex construction projects.
  • Skilled in interpreting drawings and delivering works with accuracy and quality.
  • Strong HSEQ knowledge, including SWMS and compliance leadership.
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in construction related software, such as MS Project, Procore, Hammertech and SharePoint.
  • Telehandler and forklift tickets advantageous.
