WHO YOU ARE
You are a capable and motivated Site Supervisor with specialised experience in defence projects and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- An experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record in defence-related construction or high-security infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in managing daily site operations, subcontractors, and compliance with strict safety and quality standards.
- Holder of relevant trade qualifications or construction management credentials.
- Skilled in leading teams effectively in remote or regional environments across the Northern Territory.
- Knowledgeable about construction practices, occupational health and safety, and defence industry regulations.
- Strong communicator, highly organised, and confident in leadership.
- Applicants with DCAC will be given priority.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets project specifications.
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel to maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and liaise closely with project managers and clients to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety policies and defence industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting to support project management and compliance.
- Operate effectively within the unique challenges of remote or regional locations.
