Leadership Role: After Hours Hospital Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to undertake this key leadership role in our hospital. As an After Hours Hospital Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in providing after hours leadership and management of the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and quality care that meets current best practice standards
  • Liaise with nurse unit managers to support ward and department operations
  • E nsure efficient staffing levels and coordinate patient admissions
  • Oversee patient and staff safety during night shifts

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Recent management experience at ANUM level or higher
  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline or management (desired)
  • Demonstrated experience in staff coordination and allocation
  • High degree of computer literacy and excellent communication skills

Please note that salary will be based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against our current Enterprise Agreement.
