Experienced Senior Product Designer Wanted for Eucalyptus Healthcare Innovations

Eucalyptus is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company that's revolutionizing the industry with its innovative solutions. We're currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing user-centric products that deliver exceptional experiences. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to develop and launch new features, improving patient engagement and overall health outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Conduct customer research, including problem discovery and prototype testing, to inform design decisions.
- Create and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and ideas.
- Continuously iterate on features, using data and customer insights to drive improvements.
- Champion best design practices and evangelize design across the organization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or a related field, preferably in a B2C company.
- Proficiency in Figma and ability to create clear design specifications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile experiences, including documentation of the end-to-end design process.
- Experience in conducting user interviews, testing sessions, and facilitating internal stakeholder workshops.
