We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product and Design team, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our patient engagement and internal admin functionality. Your expertise will help us create high-quality experiences for our patients, leveraging mobile apps and interfaces that unlock significant value for our teams.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned product designer with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record of delivering user-centered solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the product vision for your team, working closely with the product lead to drive discovery and innovation
  • Designing new features and frameworks, collaborating with product managers and engineers to transform complex problems into intuitive and elegant experiences
  • Facilitating customer research, including problem discovery and prototype testing, to level up usability and produce UX artefacts
  • Creating and facilitating workshops with stakeholders to elicit feedback and ideas, and guiding them through brainstorming and collaboration
  • Iterating on features, using data and customer insights to actively improve our features and champion the patients' voice

About You

We're looking for a talented individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to concisely rationalize designs and communicate visual concepts
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end process from user research to high-fidelity interaction designs
  • Strong design all-rounder, with attention to detail and a sound understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Practical and outcomes-focused, with the ability to balance delivering the best customer experience with meeting business objectives
