In this role, you will be responsible for defining, shaping, and designing high-quality experiences for patients through our mobile app and internal admin functionality. Your expertise will help unlock significant value for other teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional patient-facing experiences.

We are a data-driven organization, using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize opportunities for creating patient and business value. However, creativity plays a vital role in our end-to-end journey from ideation to launch. As a Senior Product Designer, your critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in defining requirements and deliverables for engaging, thoughtful, and practical user experiences.

Our ambitious plans involve investing in greater personalization, higher-touch services, and support for sustained health outcomes. We aim to expand into more countries and make significant strides in our core healthcare infrastructure. You will work closely with our product lead to envision the future of our products, driving parts of the discovery process through research, competitor analysis, and data. You will also collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform complex problems into simple, user-friendly, and elegant experiences. Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability to create end-to-end design processes, including documentation, customer research, and prototype testing.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced designer who can champion best practices and ways of working within our Product function and the wider business. As a mentor and guide, you will provide guidance and support to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their craft skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, with a strong background in UX/UI, product design, or digital design. Proficiency in Figma and experience in conducting user interviews, testing sessions, and facilitating internal stakeholder workshops are essential. A design portfolio showcasing web and mobile experiences, along with documentation of the end-to-end design process, is required. Bonus points will be awarded for contributions to a design system, UX research background, or specialty.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
