We are seeking experienced and driven software developers to support the ongoing development of our innovative tool suite for earth observation satellite operations.

As a senior fullstack software engineer, you will work with our multidisciplinary team to solve complex issues up and down the satellite imagery infrastructure chain, addressing discovery, distribution, analysis, visualisation, commercialisation and management administration.

This role will expose you to the diverse range of uses for satellite imagery and the challenges associated with its acquisition and management. You will assist in designing, planning, and implementing new platform and system features, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure their deployments work as expected.

  • Work in partnership with clients and stakeholders to ensure their deployments work as expected.
  • Maintain and extend API design and implementations, web interfaces, and ensure their accuracy and ease of use by customers.
  • Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of new platform and system features.
  • Field customer enquiries about the platform and any issues customers experience interacting with it.
  • Collaborate in review and remediation of features to improve user experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • NV1 or better security clearance required.
  • 6+ years experience developing and maintaining non trivial API based web applications.
  • Experience with server side rendering strategies and development without a client framework.
