Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a highly successful organization. As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering IT infrastructure-based projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.

You will serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions, working closely with customers, partners, sales, and technical teams. Your pre-sales support and expertise will enable the sales team to provide exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate must have experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments. You should have a proven ability to communicate solutions effectively and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IT infrastructure-based projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.
  • Work closely with customers, partners, sales, and technical teams.
Requirements:

Must have experience working with:

  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange
  • Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, AHV)
  • Backup and recovery (e.g. Commvault, Veeam)
  • Hyperconverged technologies (e.g. Nutanix, Dell, Cisco)

Desirable skills include design, implementation, and optimization experience in one or more of the above areas.
