We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Space Management Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our space management platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with client space data standards, build a robust governance model, and manage measurement standards and KPIs to enhance data confidence.
  • Deliver specialized knowledge in spatial data management, CAD/CAFM system administration, and space utilization analytics.
  • Control input sources and ensure data consistency across platforms.

  • Serve as primary point of contact (SPOC) and system administrator for the space data management platform.
  • Build strong working relationships and guide role/responsibility development with internal and external partners.
  • Support peer teams with space, occupancy, and utilization data needs.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in architectural technology, space planning, space data management, data analytics, or occupancy planning.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
