About the Role

Australian Unity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Support Manager to join our Home Health service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering in-home care to ageing clients, helping them live independently within their own homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care workers to provide high-quality care services to clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Conduct recruitment and onboarding activities for new care workers.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations and complaints.
  • Drive customer acquisition and growth while building a positive brand presence in the community.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in people leadership and team management.
  • Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business outcomes and meet KPIs.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
