Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Support Manager to join our team in Ballarat. As a Community Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care workers and providing dedicated customer case management to clients in the Greater Western Melbourne region.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership
    • Engage and collaborate with your team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and care quality.
    • Provide formal and informal coaching to develop the skills and knowledge of your team members.
    • Monitor performance and foster a safety culture within your team.
  • Customer Case Management
    • Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive care plans to meet the needs of clients.
    • Build strong connections with clients' families and provide dedicated support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Conduct recruitment activities to attract and select high-quality care workers.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new care workers are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Client Escalations and Complaints
    • Manage and resolve client escalations and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
    • Work with clients and their families to resolve issues and improve their experience.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

  • People Leadership Experience
    • Proven experience in leading a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and care quality.
    • Ability to engage and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Customer Case Management Experience
    • Experience in conducting initial assessments and developing comprehensive care plans.
    • Ability to build strong connections with clients and their families.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding Experience
    • Experience in conducting recruitment activities and developing effective onboarding processes.
    • Ability to select and develop high-quality care workers.
  • Continuous Improvement Experience
    • Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
    • Ability to monitor and report on key performance indicators.
