About the Role

Lumen Argentina is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own regional marketing strategies and outcomes for the ANZ market
  • Strategize and craft marketing campaigns to realize business objectives while maintaining optimal cost per lead ratios
  • Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the sales team using various marketing channels
  • Find innovative ways to attract the attention of C-level executives
  • Initiate appointments with the sales team and sync up with the respective sales manager to determine meeting outcomes and follow up aggressively to close deals
  • Manage regional budgets and expenses
  • Track lead status on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to check performance against marketing plans
  • Own regional events planning, execution, and outcomes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in regional marketing in the ANZ market
  • Experience in the telecom, cybersecurity, or service provider segment is preferred
  • Strong experience in running marketing campaigns
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills
