About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our Commercial Service and Repair function, you will be responsible for identifying and securing direct sales opportunities, negotiating service contracts, and administering contracts to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet revenue and attach rate targets
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Create customer sales quotes and participate in contract negotiations with field employees, external customers, and hospital buying groups
  • Administer, extend, and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts, including completing the red-line editing process to meet customer specifications
  • Collaborate with Sales Management in forecasting monthly and quarterly sales and in long-term funnel management
  • Develop creative service and pricing solutions to complex hospital scenarios
  • Maintain customer files, complete and accurate information in databases, and review and confirm customer purchase orders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience negotiating service contracts within medical technology product/service sales or working in a hospital contracting department
  • Demonstrated success with sales process, lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A willingness to work across a complex matrix structure with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong negotiation skills and a solution-focused mindset
