  • Build and manage the fixed-income desk, enhancing the company's equity-ETF offerings.
  • Quote, execute, and manage risk in fixed-income ETFs across Asia-Pacific, both on-screen and over-the-counter.
 Requirements: 
  • At least 3 years of trading experience in ETFs and/or fixed income within the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in China fixed income.
  • Deep understanding of bond market structure and how ETFs interact with the primary market.
  • Solid grasp of fixed-income ETF valuation, basket construction, liquidity sourcing, and creation/redemption mechanics.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data analysis; knowledge of SQL or C++ is an advantage.
