We are seeking a Programs Officer, First Peoples Experiences to foster engagement and understanding of the rich cultural heritage of First Peoples communities in south-eastern Australia.
- Developing diverse programs tailored to meet the needs of booked groups and public audiences is key to this role.
- Collaborating with teams across the organization to create impactful visitor experiences is essential for delivering exceptional results.
- Preparing program materials, gathering and reporting on audience feedback will be crucial in enhancing our services.
- Supporting training for staff and volunteers involved in program delivery will ensure that everyone has the skills they need to succeed.
- Ensuring that our programs resonate with diverse audiences and showcase the significance of First Peoples cultures is vital to achieving our goals.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have a sound understanding of First Peoples of south-eastern Australia and strong relationships with First Peoples communities. You will also possess demonstrated ability to interpret and present First Peoples knowledge, cultures, histories, and technology for diverse audiences.
