Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our service sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our company's visibility in the market and driving growth through new recurring service business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurturing industry relationships to enhance our market presence.
  • Identifying, qualifying, selling, and closing new Planned Service Agreements (PSA).
  • Developing innovative digitally enabled service products.
  • Collaborating with local teams to support successful proposal and estimate development.
  • Fostering client relationships to clearly understand their needs and priorities.
  • Establishing budgets and documenting essential information for future reference.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling client presentations.
  • Negotiating and agreeing on contract terms and conditions.
  • Closing deals and initiating handover to service delivery teams.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills, ideally with experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to identify customer needs and priorities.
  • At least 5 years' experience in HVAC, BMS, or Security industries.
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen, with strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge and ability to embrace current industry technologies and digital service offerings.
  • Strong pipeline management skills, with experience in using Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Proven track record of delivering strong results with full accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent networking skills, business-minded, change-oriented, and proactive.
  • A strong established network in the local market.
  • Ability to obtain relevant security licenses.
