Job Description\

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of services, repairs, and machine builds for our field service technicians in the Greater Townsville region.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Ensuring that field service employees adhere to all WHS responsibilities and promoting a safety-first culture within the team.\
  • Guiding and supporting the team to enhance performance and efficiency.\
  • Optimizing equipment and resource utilization in line with customer requirements.\
  • Providing guidance and support to field service team members.\
  • Supervising time sheet accuracy and subcontract documentation for prompt job costing.\
  • Issuing timely and accurate quotations for field service activities.\
  • Maintaining strong communication with existing customers and resolving issues promptly.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar position with exceptional communication and customer service skills, managing your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\
  • A strong ability to navigate complex issues and be ambitious in achieving success.\
  • A solid understanding of financial best practices in service delivery, including labor, overtime, overnight accommodation, and travel recovery.\
  • Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up.\
  • A Safety First leadership style.\
  • A strong understanding of earthmoving/construction equipment or relevant experience within a related field. Previous OEM experience is highly advantageous.\
