About the Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a motivated and experienced Service Coordinator to coordinate services, repairs, and machine builds in Townsville. It's a permanent full-time position with long-term job security working 38 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

The key focus of this role is coordinating services, ensuring compliance with all WHS responsibilities and promoting a safety-first culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team to improve performance and efficiency
  • Ensure efficient utilisation of equipment and resources in line with customer requirements
  • Provide timely and accurate quotations for field service activities
  • Support existing customers through strong communication and proactively resolving issues

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A strong ability to navigate complex issues and ambitious in achieving success
  • A strong understanding of financial best practices of service delivery including labour, overtime, accommodation and travel recovery
  • Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up
  • A Safety First leadership style
  • A strong understanding of earthmoving/construction equipment or relevant experience in a related field
