About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our leadership team in Townsville. The Program Manager will coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of a Residential Care Program.

  • Demonstrate expertise in leading, motivating and managing a team of professionals.
  • Oversee the caseloads of direct reports and provide guidance as required.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and contractual requirements.
  • Deliver program services in accordance with client needs and plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team and ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage risks and issues arising during service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals, families and communities from a strength-based perspective.
  • Demonstrated experience in working within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within agreed timeframes.
  • A strong focus on quality practice and reporting capability.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the care and protection of clients.
