Key Responsibilities
As the Clinical Lead of Paediatric Emergency Medicine, you will provide high-quality patient care at Frankston and Rosebud Hospitals, overseeing junior medical staff and coordinating with inpatient and community providers. You'll play a key role in developing care pathways, enhancing patient safety, and collaborating on recruitment, staff appraisal, and rostering. Additionally, you'll work with the Emergency Department leadership to uphold and improve accreditation with key medical colleges.
