We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to join our Building Maintenance Support team.

The successful candidate will lead core support functions underpinning the performance and delivery of our department, driving continuous improvement, enhancing financial and asset sustainability, and building organisational capability.

You will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, providing strategic and operational leadership across a range of integrated services that enable high-performing infrastructure and service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing teams to drive improvements in contract performance, work order triage, financial processes, and service workflows
  • Supporting the development of clear processes and tools to improve team performance and customer responsiveness
  • Overseeing governance and risk controls across contract management, procurement, and maintenance reporting
  • Guiding the development of asset data insights and lifecycle planning through facilities planning functions
  • Coaching and supporting team leaders and officers to deliver consistent, high-quality services

Requirements for the role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Procurement or related field, with over 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in operational leadership within service delivery or infrastructure environments
  • Demonstrated capability in contract governance, procurement compliance, and asset planning, with the ability to guide, support, and critically evaluate contract performance and risk at a departmental level
  • High proficiency with TechnologyOne and Microsoft Office Suite, including experience using work order and contract management platforms
  • Experience working with financial systems and reporting to support strong cost control and resourcing decisions
