Role Overview

A key opportunity exists to become an integral part of our high-performing cardiac mapping team as we revolutionize the field with the launch of advanced electrophysiology solutions. As a Senior Electrophysiology Specialist, you will leverage your clinical guidance and technical expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.

We offer innovative cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms, focusing on disrupting and leading the market with cutting-edge technology.

The role reports into the Specialist Manager and involves providing technical, clinical, and sales support in collaboration with the sales team to promote the adoption of electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems, ablation catheters, and other related products.

You will be responsible for offering clinical and technical assistance, training physicians and staff on electrophysiology solutions, and educating them on technical matters related to procedures.

  • Develop customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training and provide strategic support.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology solutions and related products.
  • Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters relating to electrophysiology procedures.
  • Promote the safe and effective use of electrophysiology solutions and related products.
  • Understand and support national and regional sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and generate incremental revenue.
Requirements
  • Minimum requirement is a high school diploma plus 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. A bachelor's degree plus 4 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation is desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.
