The role we are seeking to fill is that of a Senior Mapping Specialist, responsible for providing clinical and technical guidance to physicians and staff on the latest EP mapping and navigation systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional outcomes to our customers.

As part of our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, you will work closely with local sales teams to develop and cultivate customer relationships, resulting in incremental business opportunities. You will also collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of our products and services.

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience is highly desirable. Additionally, you must possess demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and navigation systems
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum requirement: High school diploma + 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
  • Bachelor's degree + 4 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation (desired)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures
  • Interstate travel up to 25%
