**A Day in the Life**:
An exciting opportunity for a **Clinical Specialist**to be an integral member of our highly successful Cardiac Rhythm Management team based in Australian Capital Territory, **ACT**. This is an excellent role for an individual with strong clinical &/or Sales experience with cardiac pacing devices. Your clinical guidance and technical expertise will prove to be valuable for driving business growth and delivering best possible outcomes to our customers.

R eporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the business unit
- Providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers by supporting field teams with technical in-services and presentations to customers
- Conducting on-site education and / or consulting
- Assisting Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support
- Support sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by the Marketing team
- Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness
- Working closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support
- Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff.
- Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
- Monitor field inventory effectively and ensure appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.
- Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- High School Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience OR Associate Diploma with minimum of 4 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience either in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or cardiac sales
- Required to travel up to 25%, valid driver's licence required
