About the Role

Youi is seeking a skilled Claims Examiner to join our dynamic team. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional motor claims experience with expert execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough vehicle damage assessments to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing.
  • Oversee the quality of the entire claims process, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent activities, maintaining the integrity of our claims process.
  • Achieve fast turnaround times and control costs, driving business efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide outstanding support to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting, or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
  • A current driver's license, with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and damage assessment.
  • Estimating experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience in watercraft assessing, with a strong understanding of marine claims.
  • A passion for building strong relationships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
