Marsh Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Claims Examiner to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne CBD.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle a portfolio of notifications and non-complex claims under cyber policies. As a Claims Examiner, you will provide support in account management and complex claims management, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of notifications and non-complex claims, providing a high level of service to clients and brokers.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, presenting quarterly and/or annual reviews.
- Participate in the peer review/audit process and contribute to projects related to continuous improvement and efficiency of the Claims Team.
- Support new and expanded business endeavors through provision of claims review data for tenders, renewals, and proposals, and participate in client/prospect meetings.
- Conduct marketing and client/broker education presentations, and provide support in complex matters as required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in law (ideally).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills, with a proven track record of providing a high level of customer service.
- Flexible and team player, with the ability to develop close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, maintaining clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
