About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casual Receptionist to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails and greeting visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including preparing medical records and arranging appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
  • Assist with data entry and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
